Ingredients
3 1/2 pounds beef roast (sirloin tip, round, or boneless chuck)
1 package onion soup mix
1 can coca-cola
Description
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Place the roast in a baking dish. Sprinkle the onion soup evenly over the meat. Pour the cola over the top.
Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil. Place in oven and bake at 300 degrees F for 3-4 hours or until tender.
