We simply love the pairing of warm melted butter with a fresh squeeze of lemon with our crab legs. You don’t need any special equipment to cut into them either. Armed with a good pair of kitchen shears, all you have to do is crack the legs at the joint, pull them apart and cut along the open end. This releases the leg as a whole piece and you are left with a moist succulent piece of meat to enjoy.
Ingredients
- 2.5 Alaskan King Crab

Butter; melted

Lemon; cut into wedges
Description
- Place a steamer tray in a large pot.

Put just enough water to cover the bottom of the pot, but make sure it does not touch the steamer tray.

Heat the water to a boil on high heat.

Once the water is boiling, add the crab legs to the pot.

Cover and allow to steam for 5 minutes.

Remove the crab legs from the pot.

Serve with melted butter and lemon.
