This cheat's ice-cream is the ultimate boozy summer dessert. It only takes 10 mins to whip up- just mix all the ingredients, freeze overnight and serve with a generous glug of coffee liqueur!
Ingredients
- 395g can sweetened condensed milk
- 600ml ctn thickened cream
- 2 tbsp freeze dried instant coffee powder
- 20ml coffee liqueur (such as Tia Maria or Kahlua)
- 2 tbsp Milo, to sprinkle
- Select all ingredients

Step 1
Use electric beaters to beat the cream, sweetened condensed milk, coffee and coffee liqueur for 3-4 minutes in a bowl or until soft peaks form.

Step 2
Spoon into a 1L (4-cup) freezer-safe container. Smooth the surface. Sprinkle the top with Milo. Place in the freezer overnight or until firm. Remove plastic wrap and discard. Scoop into serving bowls to serve.
