It makes perfectly seasoned bites that are simple to eat and perfect for serving over salads or in a bowl meal. As a bonus, they’re great for kids: making it a meal the entire family will love! These were a big hit in our house, both with our kids but even more so for the adults!

  • 1 pound wild caught salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter
  • 1 garlic clove, grated or minced
  • Zest of 1/2 lemon
