This cut of beef benefits from the low-and-slow treatment, and using the slow cooker takes out all of the work—in fact, you'll barely lift a finger. small white onion, sliced

garlic cloves, smashed and peeled

low sodium chicken stock

Description
- Step 1Place all ingredients in slow cooker and season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook 6 to 8 hours on low, or until brisket is completely tender.
- Step 2Remove from slow cooker to slice. Serve with jus.
