Step aside, all other fruit salads—this watermelon strawberry caprese is here to win every summer BBQ. We took inspo from two summer salad staples—caprese salad and watermelon feta salad—to create this best-of-both-worlds creation.
Ingredients
- 3 c.
watermelon, cubed
- 2 c.
strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 c.
Feta, crumbled
- 1/4 c.
extra-virgin olive oil

fresh basil, torn
Description
- Step 1In a large bowl, combine watermelon, strawberries, feta and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
